Everyone's Reading "Once In A Great City," by David Maraniss
Pulitzer Prizewinning journalist and Washington Post Editor David Maraniss will visit The Community House in Birmingham to talk about his bestselling book, "Once in a Great City: a Detroit Story." Set in Detroit in 1963, a time full of promise, the richly detailed storytelling has earned praise from The Detroit News, The Seattle Times, and The New York Times. Tickets are required for this event, they are free but limited.
