Small businesses, civic groups, charitable organizations and others: we’re thinking of you. If your organization needs meeting space, Baldwin has several professional rooms available to rent for your next gathering. Rooms vary in size and can accommodate both small and large groups. See below to find a room that meets your needs.

- Donor Room (up to 35 people)
- Rotary & Donor Combined Room (up to 100 people)
- Jeanne Lloyd Room (up to 40 people)
Rooms may only be booked with advanced receipt of the meeting room fee and meeting room contract.

Meeting rooms can currently be reserved through December. Please check back in December to book a room in January or February.

Meeting rooms are available during the following hours:
- Monday – Thursday 9:30 am – 8:45 pm
- Friday – Saturday 9:30 am – 5:15 pm
- Sunday 12:00 pm – 4:45 pm
Earlier start times or later ending times may be available if arranged and approved in advance by library administration.
Rental Fees
Rooms
Prices are determined per each four (4) hours of use. There is a four (4) hour minimum charge based on the room rented. If the reserved time is more than four (4) hours, the fee is prorated to the nearest half hour.
